Pixel Text
This is a tutorial for Adobe Photoshop. We will be making cute tiny pixel text like this:You will need a pixel font which you can download here.
1. Make a new 150x30 px document. File -> New ->
2. Select the "Text Tool" and choose your pixel font. We will use 04b03.
3. Type your text, then press "Control" and "+" simultaneously, 3 times, to zoom in.
4. Apply a stroke to your text. Layer -> Layer Style -> Stroke. Use a darker colour than your font colour, and set the stroke to 1px.
5. Select the pencil tool, set it to "1px", and select white as your foreground colour.
6. Now click every top left corner of each letter with the pencil tool, And you're done!
7. To save our pixel text, first crop it. Image -> Trim... and use these settings.
8. Now save, as a .gif file .File -> Save For Web -> Save

Note: Photoshop Elements has slightly different tool and other arrangements, so the method is slightly different.
Instead of step 4, you will need to:
4. Press "Control" and click on your text layer simultaneously to select it. Now go to Edit -> Stroke; make the colour darker than the font colour and set the stroke to "1px"
Instead of step 7;
7. Press "Control" and click on your text layer simultaneously to select it. Now go to Image -> Crop.
