A: I just really hate making tutorials.. I'm not good at them and I don't like writing things up when there's usually only one way to do something, and someone else has already written a tute on it that's a billion times better :P

But basically to make the pixel text just type it in with a pixel font, put a 2px white stroke around the text, then play around with the drop shadow settings on the pixel text layer to get it how you want it. Then open it up in imageready and put an animated shine on it, to learn how to do that maybe google "animated shine imageready tutorial". Good luck with it and sorry I can't help more :)

Q: do you happen to have a php code to integrate your wordpress posts in to your site layout instead of using wordpress theme?

A: I just took the default wordpress theme, and deleted everything but the "wordpress loop".. just google wordpress loop to figure out how to do that.

A: Colour.. in Photoshop press Control+U to bring up the hue slider.

A: In Adobe PS CS2, just creating duplicate layers and changing the hue slightly on each one so the colour moves.
